Peter Weinbach is an investment executive with extensive leadership experience across private equity, investment banking, and operating roles.

He most recently served as Managing Director of W&H Group at Bentley Associates LP, a New York–based investment banking boutique, and as Managing Director of Yankee Hill Capital Management LLC. Prior to this, he was Vice Chairman of Great Western Products, a leading manufacturer of branded snack foods. Peter’s private equity experience includes roles as Managing Director and Investment Committee Member at AIG Horizon Partners, a $340 million private equity fund, and Vice President at Apax Partners (formerly Patricof & Co. Ventures), a global private equity firm with over $65 billion in assets.

Earlier in his career, he was Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Citi/Salomon Smith Barney. Peter has served on the boards of seven private companies across consumer, software, and information services sectors.

In addition to his industry leadership, he has taught private equity as an Adjunct Professor at the USC Marshall School of Business and as an Assistant Adjunct Professor at NYU Stern.

Peter holds a B.S. (cum laude) and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. from the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, University of Pennsylvania.
