Senior Managing Director

& Chief Investment Officer

Peter Weinbach is an investment executive with over three decades of senior-level experience spanning private equity, investment banking, and operating leadership.

He currently serves as the Managing Director of W&H Group at Bentley Associates LP, a New York–based investment banking boutique.

His private equity career includes serving as General Partner/Managing Director and Investment Committee Member at AIG Horizon Partners, a $340 million fund, and as Vice President at Apax Partners, one of the world's leading private equity firms with over $65 billion in assets under management. Mr. Weinbach co-founded and serves as the Managing Director of Yankee Hill Capital Management, a private family office.

Mr. Weinbach has served as Vice Chairman of Great Western Products, a leading manufacturer of branded snack foods with over $60 million in revenue. He has served on the boards of seven private companies across consumer, media, software, and other sectors.

In investment banking, he held senior roles as Director in the Investment Banking Group at ING Barings Furman Selz, and as Vice President of M&A at Citi/Salomon Smith Barney.

Beyond his industry leadership, Mr. Weinbach has taught private equity as an Adjunct Professor at the USC Marshall School of Business and as an Assistant Adjunct Professor at NYU Stern.

Mr. Weinbach holds a B.S. (cum laude) and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. from the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, University of Pennsylvania.
